A Grounded and Inspiring Career Clarity Workshop + Dinner

Join The Authentic Collective for an immersive experience designed for women who want to explore their next step, long-term direction, and discover what a fulfilling path looks like for them.

This experience is designed to support women at any stage of transition or growth, those seeking clarity, navigating uncertainty, or simply wanting space to reflect on what comes next with intention.

We’re pairing the workshop with a thoughtfully curated dinner by chefs Jenny Lin Acosta and Meesh Chin, featuring a menu inspired by nourishment, growth, and the different stages of a career journey. Each course will be paired with gentle reflection prompts that invite meaningful conversation and connection.

Attendees will also receive a curated gift bag centered on self-care and personal wellness, along with take-home resources you can use to continue growing on your own.

✨ PROGRAM OVERVIEW ✨

Throughout the afternoon, you’ll move through a thoughtfully curated sequence of conversations, coaching-inspired exercises, and shared learning designed to support deeper clarity and confidence around your professional direction.

The experience will include:

  • Guided connection and reflection, helping you articulate why you’re here.

  • A visualization and creative exercise to help you reconnect with the most grounded and resourced version of yourself.

  • Guided peer conversations and small-group discussions that bring fresh perspectives.

  • Honest stories from women across industries about navigating transitions and making decisions before they felt “ready.”

  • A structured career clarity exercise, guided by TAC coaches, to help you identify what success looks like in this moment and define realistic next steps you can take in the coming weeks.

  • A grounding restorative practice to close the session.

Who is the Authentic Collective? 🌿

We are a coaching practice that supports women in clarifying what’s next, aligning their life and career, and shaping a path that feels meaningful, sustainable, and true to who they are. While we work across demographics, we specialize in working with early to mid career professionals who are looking to create meaningful change; drive clarity and focus; and experience lasting learning and fulfillment, in all aspects of their lives.

This event will be guided by Jessica Weeman, Founder of The Authentic Collective, Mikaela O’Donohue, TAC Ambassador, and a team of experienced coaches and facilitators, you’ll walk away with renewed clarity, a supportive new community, and a sense of possibility for the path ahead.

Full agenda and session details will be provided to registered participants.

Chop Suey Club x Welcome to Chinatown Design & History of Mahjong + Design Exercise Session

The Design History of Mahjong Tiles

Mahjong is more than a game — it is a visual record of cultural history. Join Ruoyi Jiang, author of Mahjong for Dummies and founder of Chop Suey Club, for an immersive exploration of the artistry behind the tiles.

We will decode the evolution of mahjong’s iconic designs, from their roots in Chinese philosophy to the regional variations that emerged as the game went global. Discover how these intricate patterns are inextricably tied to the game’s strategy and spirit.

The Workshop: Following the talk, join us for a hands-on session where you will design your own mahjong tile, blending traditional symbolism with your own creative vision.

Tickets are $15 each.
