Co-Founder + CEO

Victoria (Vic) Lee is the co-founder of Welcome to Chinatown where she leads business operations and development for the organization. Her role supports Chinatown’s small businesses to create additional revenue streams during unprecedented times. Prior to serving as WtC’s CEO, Vic was an industry recognized corporate travel and meetings strategist at The Estée Lauder Companies, and she is an aspiring author. Chinatown was her second home, spending every Sunday at her late grandmother’s apartment on Eldridge Street, until it became her only home after moving there in 2010. The vivaciousness of Chinatown has shaped her as a person, and because of that, she owes so much to Chinatown. While she has more than a handful of favorite places, Vic can never turn down a good plate of roasted duck and a beer.

Co-Founder + Board Chair

Jennifer Tam is the co-founder and board chair of Welcome to Chinatown where she oversees the organization’s Board of Directors. Outside of WtC, she also leads executive communications for ServiceNow’s Chief Equity & Inclusion Officer. Her profession has spanned 10+ years in external, internal, corporate and executive communications for emerging and Fortune 500 companies, including VMware, Lenovo, Samsung, Gartner and Foursquare, but her passion is in amplifying the stories and voices of Manhattan's Chinatown where she resided for 10 years. Her fondest memories of Chinatown are typically centered around gatherings brought together by food, and it can be measured in the many (many) times she has had Wo Hop’s salt and pepper squid over rice with a runny egg.
