Welcome to Chinatown opened our Small Business Innovation Hub in October 2024. The Hub is Chinatown’s first-in-kind gathering space for the community to empower small businesses, build bridges, and champion sustainable growth. Whether you're an entrepreneur testing new ideas, a resident seeking a collaborative space, or someone eager to engage more deeply with Chinatown’s culture and economy, The Hub is a place to connect, create, and grow together.

The Hub is a 2,500 square foot space located on the ground floor of Bowery Street that can accommodate up to 72 people. Intentionally designed to be modular and adaptable with movable furniture, built-in A/V, and custom carts crafted by our architect, The Hub easily transforms for co-working, panels, dinners, and more.

Co-working & Rentals
Your space, their future
When you cowork or host your event here, you’re directly supporting local entrepreneurs and cultural programming. Your booking helps offset the operating costs of our Hub—keeping the space accessible for critical small business services, community gatherings, and programs that strengthen Chinatown’s economic and cultural future.
Co-working Day Pass
$25/day for access to communal work areas, Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM. Includes WiFi, use of the pantry, and access to call rooms.
Rentals
Our meeting rooms (Grand Street, Canal Street, Doyers Street, and Eldridge Street) are bookable for access Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5PM through our co-working platform. Rental rates begin at $10/hour.
