Very Cool Ice Cream is a Brooklyn-based ice cream brand founded by Austin, a former biochemist turned ice cream maker with a deep-rooted love for bold, nostalgic flavors. After going vegan in 2018 and struggling to find plant-based ice cream that hit the mark, he began crafting his own, pairing his curiosity for the science of ice cream with a passion for flavors from his Taiwanese and Hong Kong roots. Every small batch is handmade with organic, plant-based ingredients and highlights heritage flavors from across Asia.
