After 2 years of running her small-batch home bakery, Anna is celebrating Simply Nom’s birthday with her first-ever cafe concept at The Hub.
While this is an open event, priority will be given to those who are on our Partiful RSVP list!
Meet Anna of Simply Noms:
Our small but mighty home bakery, “Simply Noms”,
is a one-woman run show inspired by her natural love for quality food and comforting flavors. Everything is crafted with flavor in mind, and every item is made in small batches with a focus on flavor — just thoughtful, feel-good treats meant to be enjoyed any time of day.
We offer a wide range of items between sweet and savory, with some customer favorites such as miso garlic corn focaccia, salted egg custard pork floss roll, asian-inspired basque cheesecake and tiramisus, mochi with unique flavor combinations (i.e. thai tea salted yolk, pandan coconut), French caneles with matcha ganache, and cookies that are both nostalgic and unique like bolo bao cookie and pandan coconut cream cookie. There is something for just about anyone, that’s the intention of making such a wide variety of menu. I want everyone to be able to find something that sparks interest or joy to them when they visit.
