Exhibition: From Chinatown, with Love
January 16 - February 4 | Abron Arts Center
This exhibition celebrates the 25 small businesses participating in From Chinatown, with Love. Installations designed by Midnight Project are inspired by the retail culture of Manhattan’s Chinatown and current events shaping the neighborhood. The opening will feature an opening lion dance by Wing on Wo’s very own all-women and queer lion dance team.

Think!Chinatown LNY Papercut Decorations

Get into the Lunar New Year spirit and make your own decorations in Think!Chinatown’s hands-on workshop led by this year’s Artist-in-Residence, Ling Tang. There will be two sessions: one for beginners ages 8+, and one for those with papercutting experience.

Lunar New Year Firecracker Ceremony & Parade
January 29 & February 16 | Manhattan Chinatown
Better Chinatown’s annual firecracker ceremony and parade are approaching! The firecracker ceremony will be held on 1/29 at 11 am at Sara D Roosevelt Park. The parade will be held on 2/16 starting on Mott Street at 1 pm.

LUCKY New Year Group Exhibition: Meet & Greet
February 1, 12-4 PM | 60 Mulberry St
Visit this artist group exhibition curated by Miiasoey! 16 artists created their unique pieces of tangerines - the Cantonese word for tangerine is pronounced the same as the word for "luck." The meet and greet is on 2/1, while the exhibition will run from 1/25-2/9.
