Our community co-working space is now open for members of our community during our soft open!

How it works:

  • Apply for access (co-working is currently offered to volunteers, small business owners and partners at this time.)

  • Once approved, we will send details and booking instructions

Cost:

  • $10 donation per desk reservation (7hrs)

  • $25 donation per meeting space booking (2hrs)

FAQs

  • Although Welcome to Chinatown is actively fundraising for construction, we soft opened The Hub in August 2023 to test and learn through pilot programming. During our soft open, the Hub is operating with a few quirks. We ask for your patience while we take the time to fundraise and build our full vision. We encourage you to give us feedback during this time!

  • During our Hub’s pilot period (summer/fall 2023), co-working is only open to members of our community, which includes small business owners, volunteers, partners, and our Founding Circle Donors.

  • The booking fee helps offset the costs of operating our Hub, which includes things such as rent, utilities, and staff.

  • Desk reservations are limited to one person. If you’re interested in booking for a group, you can reserve a semi-private meeting space for up to 4 people. ($25/2 hour reservation). Please note that this space is NOT sound proof.

  • Not at this time. Desks must be booked on a daily basis, but feel free to make multiple reservations!

  • Each desk reservation is good for seven hours between 10am-6pm. Feel free to come and go as you choose.

    Meeting area reservations are good for the 2-hour block.

  • During the pilot period, there are no private and/or soundproof rooms in the Hub. Please keep this in mind when booking meetings. We’re still actively fundraising for construction, which will include private meeting rooms.
