Chôm's Nước Chấm is a Vietnamese dipping and pour over sauce that is used in a variety of dishes. The name Chôm is Cindy Trinh's nickname at home that their family calls them by. The sauce is born out of Cindy's love for their food, culture, family, and heritage. For this Test Thursday, Cindy will serve samples of sauce with chả giò (fried Vietnamese eggrolls). Dipping the chả giò into the nước chấm is a winning combination and popular in Vietnamese cuisine!
