Join Suamora for a transformative wellness event designed to help you shift from simply carrying stress to actively managing it with intention and clarity.
We’ll begin with a grounding breathwork meditation, the Inner Smile, to cultivate a sense of inner peace and presence. From there, we’ll explore the nature of stress and resilience—understanding how our minds and bodies respond and how we can take control.
Guided by a skilled therapist, you’ll learn powerful mindfulness and Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) strategies to reframe limiting beliefs, turning them into sources of strength. Through visualization and imagination exercises, you’ll practice “closing the door” on self-doubt and stepping into a mindset that empowers you to create the life you truly want. Whether you’re seeking practical stress-management tools or a deeper shift in perspective, this session will leave you feeling renewed, resilient, and ready to move forward with confidence.
