They will be performing he Peony Pavilion Act II: The Soul Returns. This play explore the themes of love transcending life and death, fate, dreams, and spiritual longing. Often compared to Romeo and Juliet.

Annie Chen
Annie Chen:
Violinist Annie Chen is a performer and educator whose work blends her Taiwanese heritage with classical music traditions. Her recent engagements include performing chamber music in Austria and hosting a solo recital in NYC in collaboration with Green Tile Social Club.
A lifelong learner, Annie was selected for Carnegie Hall’s Music Educators Workshop 2024–2026. Annie’s mission is rooted in arts advocacy, with a belief in music as a vessel for connection and community-building.

As a proud first-generation Vietnamese-American and Chinatown resident, I organize cross-cultural, multi-generational events to incorporate music and storytelling. Inspired by my upbringing, my ambition originated with my family’s journey, recorded by NBC to showcase Vietnamese boat people.
