Come try delicious Uyghur cooking this Saturday at a special charity event!

Uyghur NextGen Project is excited to be hosting a pop-up event in collaboration with Welcome to Chinatown to highlight Uyghur cuisine and raise money for the reopening of Caravan Uyghur Cuisine.

Swing by anytime between 1 and 5 pm at our location in LES to try Chef Bakri’s beloved dishes including Beef Samsa, Pumpkin-filled Steamed Buns, and Roasted Lamb with Naan. 100% of proceeds will go towards the reopening of Caravan Uyghur Cuisine.
