So You Think You Can Pitch: Continuing our Pitch Panel Event Series!
Budding entrepreneurs feeling overwhelmed by the prospect of pitching their business were ecstatic for our second edition of our “So You Think You Can Pitch,” an event that featured a dynamic panel discussion, followed by a stimulating networking opportunity.
The event delivered an exciting lineup of speakers who were ready to ease the community’s fears associated with entrepreneur "soft skills”:
Sandra Zhao of Zuri
Alongside returning moderator, Hope King of Axios
Attendees learned invaluable insights, tools, and resources designed to amplify their personal brand or company presence.
One of the highlights of the event was the chance for a select few attendees to present a short pitch to the panelists, receiving immediate, live feedback.
Thank you to our pitchers!
Sammy Yuen who pitched a traveling art exhibition called Shared Lines: The AAPI Experience on Route 66
Simon, Richard and Ro of 12 Pell, who pitched a men’s beauty/wellness concept
We hope this Welcome to Chinatown series is not just an event; but also a transformative learning and networking opportunity tailored for first-time and novice small business owners. We’re glad to be able to continue this series.
