The Hub is a 2,500 square foot space located on the ground floor of Bowery Street that can accommodate up to 72 people. Intentionally designed to be modular and adaptable with movable furniture, built-in A/V, and custom carts crafted by our architect. Whether you're planning a pop-up, community event, or private gathering, the Hub can adapt to your needs.

A flexible, divisible main space ideal for co-working, panels, screenings, pop-ups, and private events. Can be configured for large gatherings or intimate breakouts by opening or closing the curtains separating Chinatown Hall and Bowery Lounge. Includes full access to the pantry/kitchen space and on-site staff support for A/V + space set-up.

Events may be booked any day of the week, 7 AM - 11 PM with approval.
Co-working and meeting rooms are only available Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM.
