Join us for a chat led by Christine Wong, author of the new cookbook: The Vibrant Hong Kong Table!
Christine will be joined by food writer Cathy Erway and Local Roots founder Wen-Jay Ying to talk about food and cooking for the upcoming holidays – from hosting tips and ways to eat local, seasonal and plant-based, to childhood reflections and dishes for an Asian-American holiday table.
After the conversation, join Christine to fold (and eat) your own spring rolls featuring a filling made with locally-grown produce provided by Local Roots.
On site book sales will be sold through Pearl River Mart for $32.50 plus tax.
