About Danielle:
Danielle is an HR professional with experience across corporate and startup environments, focused on employee experience, business partnership, and organizational development. She graduated from Rutgers University in 2017 with a double major in Human Resource Management and Communications.
She began her career in Campus Recruiting at Goldman Sachs, then joined Ralph Lauren as an HR Business Partner, where she worked on benefits, talent development, coaching, organizational restructures, performance development, and employee engagement. In 2021, she moved into the startup space with Bond Vet, focusing on business partnership and employee relations during a period of rapid growth.
After a nine-month break—during which she supported her sister’s pediatric dental practice—Danielle returned to the workforce and now serves as the Associate Director of Employee Experience at Gotham, where she leads initiatives across engagement, culture, and the employee lifecycle.
